To prevent any automatic cancellations, please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility & Process

  • 7-Day Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and verify your returned items, your exchange will be processed within 7 days using the same fulfillment method, at no additional fee to you.
